Human lung cancer cell lines HCC827, H460, and H446; pancreatic cancer cell lines CFPAC-1 and PANC-1; bladder cancer lines RT-4 and J82; the gastric cancer cell line N87, breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB231-THBC and MX-1; the prostatic cancer cell line PC-3 and colorectal cancer cell lines HCT116 and HCT15 were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). The cells were cultured at 37 °C in a humidified 95% air/5% CO2 atmosphere in the media recommended by ATCC (28).
