Patient population

We retrospectively reviewed our prospectively maintained database to identify patients, treated in our institution between February 2009 and February 2018, with aneurysms arising from the PICA and treated with FDSs. In addition, only patients in whom the FDS was placed entirely within the PICA were included in this analysis. Using these inclusion criteria, we identified the patients. For each patient, we recorded demographic data, clinical presentation, aneurysm characteristics, treatment data, immediate angiographic and clinical results, and clinical and radiological follow-up information.
