Two-tailed unpaired t-tests or log-rank tests were used for between-group comparisons, using Bonferroni correction where appropriate. P < .05 was considered statistically significant. Throughout, *P < .05, **P < .01, and ***P < .001. Two-tailed unpaired t-test and q-values for multiple hypothesis tests, using the R package QVALUE,41 were used to select peptides with significant change in paired analyses.
