Continuous data were described as mean and standard deviation. Bland-Altman plots and percentage error were used to analyze agreement of assessed parameters. Statistics were performed with SPSS version 17.0 (IBM corporation, Armonk, New York) and MedCalc version 16.4.3 (Ostend, Belgium). Percentages of error >30% were considered statistically significant error [29].
