Hepa-1c1c7 cells were purchased from the Cell Bank of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China). The cells were cultured in Minimum Essential Medium Alpha Basic supplemented with 10% FBS. Hepa-1c1c7 cells were seeded onto 12-well plates and transfected with indicated plasmids and/or siRNA (sequences summarized in Table S1) using JetPrime (Polyplus Transfection, Ill kirch, France) according to the manufacturer's protocol.
