All the experiments with hMSCs were performed within five passages of culture. The hMSCs (3 × 10⁴ cells/cm²) were differentiated to osteoblast and adipocyte lineages with osteogenic and adipogenic induction medium, respectively. Prescribed exosomes concentrations were added during the differentiation of hMSCs at day 3, 6, 9 and 12 along with differentiation medium changes.
