Apoptosis assay and western blot analysis

The extent of apoptosis induced by indicated treatments was determined by flow cytometry (sub-G1) and western blot analysis of PARP and Caspase 9. Sub-G1 analysis, western blot analysis and co-immunoprecipitation were performed as previously described43. Image J was used to quantify protein expression.
