CT26 cells were implanted subcutaneously into the right flanks of BALB/c mice. When the tumor nodules were palpable, the mice were divided randomly into two groups with five mice each group, and treated with control IgG or Poly Abs via the tail vein. Control IgG and Poly Abs (500 µg/dose) were administered every 3 days for 3 weeks. The tumor volume was measured with a caliper every 3 day using the formula: volume = length x width2 x 0.52.
