Briefly, 10 µg of plasmid DNA (pAAV/HBV1.2 or pSM2) was hydrodynamically injected into the tail vein of C57BL/6 mice in a volume of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution equivalent to 10% body weight within 5–8 s (24, 26, 27).
