Assay of Fluorescein Diacetate (FDA)/Propidium Iodide (PI) Double Staining

The live/dead cytotoxicity was examined using FDA/PI staining assay as described (Hu S. et al., 2013). Briefly, after MPP+ challenge, cells were incubated with FDA (5 μM) and PI (5 μM) simultaneously for 5 min, and then observed and photographed.
