Psoriasis was induced using imiquimod, as previously described. Specifically, the back hair of C57BL6 mice was removed using an electric razor. Mice received a daily topical dose of 62.5 mg 5% Imiquimod Cream (Perrigo) or Cetaphil cream, as vehicle control, for 4 d. Mice were sacrificed, and skin was collected on day 5.
