This is a double-blind, two-armed, parallel-design randomized controlled trial. The Standard Protocol Items: Recommendations for Interventional Trials (SPIRIT) 2013 Statement will be followed in this trial (Additional file 1) [23]. The schedule of this study is presented in Fig. 1.
