Serial dilutions of supernatants from HEK-293 cells that had been infected for 48 h with AdC7αRSV were incubated with RSV Line19 (5 × 103 pfu/mL) for 1 h at 37 °C, and then added to Vero cells. The number of plaques was quantified after 4 days as previously described [16].
