RAW264.7 cells were seeded in 24 well plates at a density of 2×104 cells/well. Cells were cultured in DMEM with RANKL and at various concentrations of cordycepin for three days. After osteoclast differentiation, cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min at room temperature, and then stained with a TRAP staining solution according to the manufacturer's instructions.
