Polyclonal antibody against purified NylCp2-G122Y130A36Q263 was ordered from Eurofins Genomics (Tokyo, Japan). Briefly, anti-NylC serum was prepared by subcutaneous inoculation of rabbits with the antigen emulsified in Freund’s complete adjuvant. Rabbits were bled after four injections (0.2–0.3 mg antigen per injection, total 0.9 mg).
