The wettability of different dispersants solutions on AG was evaluated by the contact angle of the drug:43
where θ is the contact angle, θe the quasiequilibrium contact angle, θi the initial contact angle, t the measuring time, and k the wetting index, which is used to evaluate wetting ability. Contact angle was characterized by the sessile-drop technique with a goniometer (OCA20; Data-Physics, Filderstadt, Germany). Compressed disks of the AG powders were made at 30 MPa compression force by means of a laboratory powder press (769YP-15A; Keqi High and New Technology, Tianjin, China). The tangent of the droplet on the disk surface was measured to determine the contact angle.
