All experiments were analyzed with GraphPad Prism 5 (La Jolla, CA, USA). Differences between the different groups were tested using Student’s t test or one-way ANOVA. The relationships between the LINC00470 expression and clinic-pathological parameters were examined using the χ2 test. The expression of LINC00470 and patients’ survival time was analyzed by single factor and multiplicity factor analysis, and OS curves were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method with the SPSS 15.0 program (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Data are expressed as the mean ± S.E.M. from at least three independent experiments. A probability value P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
