Paraffin-embedded tissue sections were deparaffinized and stained in Picro-Sirius Red solution, counterstained with methyl green (Vector), dehydrated, and evaluated under both transmitted light and polarized light microscopy. Please see SI Extended Materials and Methods for additional details.
