Podocytes (2.0 × 105 cells per well) were plated in six-well plates and grown to 80% confluence. The individual wells were wounded by scratching with a pipette tip and incubated with serum-free medium to various time points. Wells were photographed under phase-contrast microscopy ( × 10).
