The pancreatic tumor mouse xenograft model was established by injecting 5×106 capan-1 cells into the subcutaneous space at the dorsum above the right leg in male 4-6-week-old BALB/c nude mice. Tumor volume was calculated through the equation: V=ab2/2, 'a' represents the length and 'b' represents the width 13, 14, 36. Treatment began when the subcutaneous tumor reached 50-100mm3.
