Phospho-receptor tyrosine kinase array

A human phospho-receptor tyrosine kinase (p-RTK) array kit including 49 RTKs was purchased from R&D systems. si-Control and si-GALNT6-transfected ES-2 cancer cells were cultured until confluence on 10 cm2 culture plates. Cells were lysed and 250 μg of protein were used for Western blotting according to the manufacturer's protocol. Activated receptors were matched according to the phospho-RTK array coordinates.
