Inhibition of Ferroptosis Induced by gpx4 Deletion

Tamoxifen-inducible Gpx4^—/— Pfa-1 cells²⁷ (3,000 in 100 μL) were seeded in 96-well plates and cultured for 48 h in the presence of 1 μM tamoxifen, after which the medium was replaced with medium containing the test compounds (30 or 100 nM). Cell viability was determined 6 h after the medium change using the AquaBluer assay according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cell viability was calculated by normalizing the data to untreated controls.
