T47D cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 100 IU/ml Penicillin, and 100 mg/ml Streptomycin at 37°C in 5% CO2. MDA-MBA-231 cells were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% FBS, 100 IU/ ml Penicillin, and 100 mg/ ml Streptomycin.
