Western-blot analysis

Western blot was performed as previously described [51]. Briefly, cells were lysed and protein concentration was determined by the BCA Protein Assay kit (Pierce, Rockford, IL, USA). Cell lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE gels and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes. Membranes were blotted with the indicated antibodies. Proteins were visualized using SuperSignal West Femto Maximum Sensitivity Substrate, as instructed by the manufacturer (Pierce, Rockford, IL, USA).
