Radiolabeled [3H]doxorubicin (1.2 Ci/mmol; >98% purity) was obtained from Moravek Biochemicals (Brea, CA). Unlabeled doxorubicin (>97% purity) was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO). All other chemicals and reagents, unless stated otherwise, were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich research and were of the highest grade available.
