Mice were maintained and used for experiments according to Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee-approved protocols of Jeju National University (Jeju, Korea). Eight-week-old female athymic BALB/c nude mice were divided into two groups (n = 5) and injected subcutaneously with 1 × 105 A549/PTX cells transfected with miR-128 and miR-NC, respectively. Tumor growth was assessed by measuring the length and width of the tumor mass with calipers every 3 days. Tumor volumes were calculated by the formula: Volume = shortest diameter2 × longest diameter/2).
