The Acute Liver Injury Model of Mice Induced by CCl4

Mice were randomly divided into two groups. Acute liver injury of mice was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml CCl4 in olive oil (1:19 v/v)/kg body weight, and control mice were intraperitoneally injected with 10 ml of olive oil/kg body weight. Mice were executed on day 1, 3 and 5 after injection.
