Non-NMDA Receptor Binding Studies

Radioligands and concentrations used for additional 45 CNS receptor binding assays are listed as supporting information (S1 Table). This work was performed by the National Institute of Mental Health Psychoactive Drug Screening Program (NIMH PDSP) as described previously.[26] Briefly target compounds were dissolved in DMSO and subjected to a primary screen at 10,000 nM concentration. Compounds exhibiting >50% inhibition were subjected to a secondary assay at varying concentrations to determine K_i values.
