1 × 104 cells plated onto each well of 6-well plates were incubated with 3 μCi/well of [methyl-3H]-thymidine (PerkinElmer Life Sciences) for 72 h. After washing 3 times with cold 1x PBS, cells were dissolved in 0.1 M NaOH. Incorporation of [3H]-thymidine was measured with a liquid scintillation counter (LS6000TA, Beckman Coulter).
