Luciferase refolding assay

Luciferase refolding assay was carried out as described previously.24 Rabbit reticulocyte lysate (Promega, Madison, WI, USA) was incubated with DMSO (control) or drugs for 30 min at 37°C. Firefly luciferase (Sigma‐Aldrich) was denatured for 10 min at 41°C and refolding reaction was initiated after drug‐pretreated RRL was injected. The reaction system was incubated at 25°C for 2 h and then the luciferase activity was detected.
