Protein extracts of BCSC (10 µg protein) were separated using 10% SDS-PAGE, and electrophoretically transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membranes. Next, antibodies were assayed. We purchased primary antibodies of hTERT, C22ORF28, LIN28A and CD44 from Sigma-Aldrich Co. St Louis, USA. GAPDH was designed as a protein loading control.
