2.4. BV2 Cell Experiments

BV2, immortalized murine microglia, cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 media supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS at 37°C in a humidified incubator with a 5% CO₂ atmosphere. Samples for inflammasome-positive control were collected after cells were treated with 500 ng/mL LPS (Sigma-Aldrich, L4130) for 3 hours. 20 μg protein was applied to each lane for Western blot analysis.
