Genomic DNA and total RNA were harvested using the AllPrep DNA/RNA Mini kit (Qiagen). Isolated RNA (50 ng) from cell lines was used as template for RT-PCR (SuperScript III; Invitrogen). PCR products were TA-cloned into pCR2.1 (Invitrogen) and directly sequenced from at least three individual clones.
