Cells were plated in 96-well plates at a density of 1×104 cells per well. After 24-, 48-, and 72-h incubation, cells were collected. The cell number was determined by the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay (BioTeke Corporation). Absorbance was recorded at 570 nm using a microplate reader.
