The A2780 human OC cell line was purchased from Shanghai BoQuaner Biological Science and Technology Ltd., Co. (Shanghai, China), and the cells were cultured in 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS)-RPMI-1640 (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) in a 5% CO2 humidified (95%) incubator at 37°C. Cells were seeded into 6-well plates (5×105 cells/well) and allowed to adhere for 24 h at 37°C. Subsequently, the cells were transduced with the ILK lentivirus or NC lentivirus (1×108 TU/ml) and continuously cultured for another 12 h at 37°C. Fresh medium was then replaced with RPMI-1640 supplemented with 10% FBS and lysed for 72 h. The number of green fluorescent protein-positive cells was determined by an inverted microscope (Axio VertA1; Carl Zeiss, Oberkochen, Germany).
