Data from the SEER database was extracted for patients diagnosed with LAUPC and MPC from 2010 to 2020. Inclusion criteria mirrored those of the single-institution cohort. The detailed patient selection process is shown in Figure 1B . Variables collected included age, gender, tumor stage, treatment modalities, and survival outcomes. Detailed information regarding the CT regimens and RT delivery in the SEER database is unavailable. No ethical approval or informed consent was required for SEER database analysis due to the use of publicly available SEER data.
