Cell were seeded 24 h prior to drug treatment at 2500/well in 96 well plates. Compounds, diluted in DMSO, were applied (0.01 nM to 10 μM) for 48–72 h and viability quantified using CellTitre-Glo (Promega). Half maximal inhibitory (IC50) values were calculated using Prism 6.0e software. Proliferation rate was determined by counting cells on 4-5 consecutive days using a BioRad TC10 counter (Hercules, CA, USA).
