Plasmids encoding the IGHV, IGKV, and IGLV genes were generated and used for rmAb production in human embryonic kidney cell lines (ATCC, Manassas, VA) (13, 38), via small-scale transfection and as purified mAbs in larger quantities (70, 71). Purified rmAbs were dialyzed against PBS, analyzed, and stored at 4°C.
