To measure degranulation in response to target-cell stimulation, effector cells were incubated with target cells (Raji) at a 1:1 ratio. CD107a (PE) antibody was added to the culture before stimulation. Unstimulated cells were incubated without target cells to detect spontaneous expression of CD107a. Cells were incubated at 37 °C in 5% CO2 and analysed at a 4 h time point. The cells were washed twice with PBS and stained using conjugated antibody, CD3 (APC), for 15 min at room temperature.
