PI (propidium iodide) staining and flow cytometry detection

The PI staining was just following the method in the previous report [21,22]. The flow cytometer detection was performed on the samples by using a FACSCalibur flow cytometer (Becton-Dickinson, New Jersey, USA). For the detection, the signals of 10,000 cells were collected by the CELLQuest software affiliated to the instrument.
