Healthspan and lifespan analysis of progeria mice

Igf1rtg; Ercc1−/Δ and Ercc1−/Δ mice were monitored for changes in health status twice per week beginning at weaning. The animals were monitored for symptoms listed in Table 1 and scored. Lifespan was measured by scoring deaths or terminal condition requiring euthanasia.
