Whole-cell extracts were obtained for SDS-PAGE electrophoresis as previously described,34 and western blots were performed using the SMARCA4 and SMARCA2 antibodies described above. Vinculin (clone hVIN-1, V9131; Sigma) was used to confirm equal protein loading.
