Data were obtained through interviews with the director of the PVC using a structured data collection form based on the WHO pharmacovigilance indicators. This form involved 4 elements: Structural indicators, process indicators, outcome/impact indicators, and indicators for the PHPs. The data collection form can be found in Supplementary file 1.
