Statistical differences were determined by two-way repeated measure ANOVA using GraphPad Prism 6.0 (GraphPad Software, Inc., La Jolla, CA). For assessment of behavioral experiments, all data are expressed as mean ± standard error. Two-way repeated-measures ANOVA with Tukey’s or Bonferroni’s multiple comparisons test were used to assess the effect of treatments, time and genotype. Selected post hoc statistical tests are specified in the results. In all cases, the threshold for significance was p < 0.05.
