T‐cell proliferation was assessed via intracellular staining for Ki67. Cells were first surface stained to identify T cells using the aforementioned protocol, in this case using anti‐CD3+ to gate on T cells. Cells were subsequently fixed and permeabilized (BD Cytofix/Cytoperm kit [BD Biosciences], as per the manufacturer's instructions), intracellularly stained with anti‐Ki67 for 20 min and assessed via flow cytometry.
