All graphs show the average as central values, and error bars indicate ± SD unless otherwise indicated. P values are calculated using paired or unpaired t test, ANOVA, Extreme Limiting Dilution Analysis (ELDA), Wilcoxon rank-sum test, Fisher’s exact test, Monte Carlo Approach, Mann-Whitney, and log-rank test as indicated in the figure legends. All P and Q values were calculated using GraphPad prism or R version ≥3.5.2, unless otherwise stated. For animal studies, sample size was not predetermined to ensure adequate power to detect a prespecified effect size, no animals were excluded from analyses, experiments were not randomized, and investigators were not blinded to group allocation during experiments.
