TNF-α and IFN-γ secretion were measured with Human TNF-α ELISA Kit (Abcam) and IFN-γ Human ELISA Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Cells were cultured for 5h in complete medium with 100 ng/ml phorbol myristate acetate (PMA, Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) and 1 μg/ml ionomycin (Sigma-Aldrich) [18]. After centrifuging at 1,000g for 10 min to remove cells, 50 μl of supernatants were collected and used for ELISA assay following the manufacturer's protocol.
