8XGTIIC (TEAD) luciferase reporter assay

A total of 3.0 × 105 cells were plated onto 6-well plates. After reaching proper growth states (P and Q), the cells were then cotransfected with 8xGTIIC-luciferase and Renilla construct using FuGENE (Promega) following the manufacturer’s instructions. 48 h post-transfection, the cells were lysed, and firefly/Renilla luciferase activity was quantified by luminescence using a Dual-Luciferase® Reporter Assay System (Promega) following the manufacturer’s instructions.
