When the cell density reached about 50 %, BODIPY® FL C12 (Thermo Scientific, USA) was added into each well at a final concentration of 2 μM for 15 min at 37 °C. Cells (1 × 10⁵) were collected and resuspended in 100 μl of 1 × binding buffer. After compensating for untreated cells, fluorescence cells were analyzed via fluorescence-activated cell sorting (Beckman-Coulter, CA, USA).
