RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) and MeRIP-qPCR

RIP experiments were performed by using an RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation kit (BerSinBio, Cat# Bes5101) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. MeRIP experiments were conducted with a m6A antibody and an N6-Methylated RNA Immunoprecipitation (MeRIP) Kit (BersinBio, Cat# Bes5203) following the manufacturer’s instructions. The immunoprecipitated RNA and corresponding input samples were extracted with a total RNA isolation kit and then subjected to RT-qPCR detection.
